There has never been a more important time for women to build their resilience.

The option of remote working has increased since the pandemic and with this brings blurred boundaries and an ‘always on’ culture. This new way of working has given a whole new meaning to maintaining a healthy work life balance as people struggle to switch off and are expected to be on 24/7.

The truth is that if you don’t take steps to build you resilience to support your wellbeing, you risk being permanently exhausted - or worse, reach Burnout.

I help women to improve the way they handle work and life through resilience coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and teaching mind/body techniques.

Why work with me?

I had a successful corporate career for 16 years. My last role was Head of Global Account Management at Yahoo and my career was cut short by burnout.

After I recovered, I was keen to find out how I could have handled the pressure and the workload better and not had to give up my career.  I studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and trained in Resilience Coaching.

During my corporate career I saw that women faced different challenges at work than men, and women responded differently to pressure and deadlines.
