FAQs
How do I join the weekly group calls?
- The weekly Tuesday Module calls are on Zoom and the private link will be sent to you when you join.
Tuesday at 6pm GMT (popular time zones: 7pm CEST, 11am MDT, 1pm EST)
Every call is recorded and sent to you immediately after the call so if you miss the live call, you can catch the recording!
I’m not based in the UK, can I still join the programme?
- Absolutely – 70% of my clients are based outside of the UK and there will be ladies on the call from different timezones.
How do I know if I’m right for the programme?
- If you are a working woman who is busy, stressed and overwhelmed with no time for herself, you’re in the right place. This 8-week course is to show you how you can absolutely have time for yourself, learn to say no and set clear boundaries (plus much much more!)
How much work does it involve for me? I have a very busy life/job…
- The programme is very structured and I will focus on one subject per week which will include a weekly Tuesday Module call (to attend live or watch the replay) and worksheets for that week. I’ll also support you in the private WhatsApp Group.
In between sessions you can choose to try out your new tools in life/work situations. This is encouraged however not essential and can be carried out in your own time.
How will I feel by the end of the 8 week programme?
- You will have a renewed sense of confidence and self-worth plus secure that you have the right tools and strategies in your back pocket to handle stress and overwhelm. You’ll also have your Big Picture Plan to help keep you motivated and moving forward after the programme finishes.
What are the dates for the next programme ?
- You will receive Module 1 on Monday 3rd June and the first call is Tuesday 4th June at 6pm UK time. The programme ends on Sunday 28th July (with the last weekly module call on Tuesday 23rd July 2024.
