The truth is, burnout is on the rise and women are more prone to burnout than men. The challenge for everyone today is to succeed at work AND life, without burnout or exhaustion.

If you don’t take steps to build your resilience and support your wellbeing, you risk your mental and physical health suffering.

This is why I have created this 6 week programme, packed full of proven tools, strategies and support to help you navigate life easily and successfully.

About Louise

Hey, nice to meet you!

I’m Louise, and I show women how to have more energy and get more done, without reaching exhaustion. I help you build your self worth so that you are making decisions that work for you - not others - and support you to be in control of your actions and behaviours.

After my successful career was cut short by burnout, I wanted to find out how I could have avoided that happening to me. I was shocked to discover the simple steps I could have taken to do this - and I realised, life didn’t have to be that hard! I decided to retrain as a Resilience Coach and NLP Practitioner to be able to help other women succeed at life and work and avoid the effects of burnout.


Louise enabled me with easy to implement tools and an improved mindset to get back on track with my career in a way that wasn’t sacrificing my own wellbeing and happiness. FAQs

Where do the coaching calls take place?
- Either by phone or video call (Zoom/Skype)

I’m not based in the UK, can I still join the programme?
- Absolutely – 70% of my clients are based outside of the UK and I work to your local time zone where possible.

How much work does it involve for me? I have a very busy life/job…
- The sessions are very interactive and I will teach you tools and strategies during the coaching sessions. In between sessions you can choose to try out your new tools in life/work situations. This is encouraged however not essential.

Can I contact you in between our weekly sessions?
- Absolutely, you have access to me via email throughout the 6 weeks to ask questions, share learnings, discuss strategies and for general support and accountability.

How will I feel by the end of the 6 week programme?
- You will have a renewed sense of confidence and self-worth plus secure that you have the right tools and strategies in your back pocket to handle stress and overwhelm. You’ll also have your Big Picture Plan to help keep you motivated and moving forward after the programme finishes.
