How it works

We will start with a 90 minute Clarity Session where I will help you breathe, take stock and gain a ‘balcony view’ of your life as it is now. I’ll then gently guide you through some questions where you’ll rediscover your core values, passions and life goals. We’ll get clear on what you want - no holding back - and delve a little deeper to realise your strengths and key personality traits that will support you on this journey.

You are not like anyone else and this session will be personalised to your life - past, present and future - to set the blueprint for your individual 12 week programme with me.

You will then have:

  • 11 weekly one-to-one 60 minute coaching sessions*

  • 2 x 90min NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) change sessions

  • 6 x 15min “Laser Coaching” calls for when you need that extra boost of confidence and support

  • Direct email access to me in between sessions for any questions and to keep you on track

  • Tools and resources including guidelines & support to try new strategies

  • MP3 audio recording of all sessions, so you will never miss a thing we talk about!

BONUS : A 90 minute one-to-one Values & Beliefs session with me. This is a guided session to take you through a journey of why your life has influenced your values and beliefs and how you need to change and realign them - to make life easier for you.

*Note: All our 1-on-1 sessions are done online via Zoom meetings, so you can connect with me from anywhere you have an internet connection. Face-to-face sessions available on request if you live in London or Guildford, UK.
